Note for all BS VII and BS-VIII Students:

1. Timely submission of Final Synopsis draft/ final thesis is highly recommended. Failing to
appear in synopsis presentation and viva voce exam will bring an extra semester for the
student.
2. Research Report with Plagiarism (similarity index) less than 19% will be acceptable.
3. Important components of Final Thesis:
Chapter-I (Introduction, Literature Review, Theoretical Framework and Rationale of the
study)
Chapter-II (Method; Objectives, Hypotheses, Instruments, Operational Definition,
Sample, Procedure and Ethical Consideration)
Chapter-III (Results)
Chapter-IV (Discussion, Conclusion, Implication, Limitation)

4. For Synopsis Submission:
Page limit: 15-20 pages
Annexures/Appendices should include instruments of the study
Title page, table of content, references, and appendices will be part of synopsis
Students will defend their topic on a said/scheduled date decided by the competent
authority and will incorporate suggested changes within given time frame.
