Impact of globalization and technology :

The interconnection of various parts of the globe The growth of international cultural,
economic, and political practices is a product of globalization. As people, ideas, information,
and goods travel more freely around the world, people's experiences become more similar.
Globalization of products, services, and ideas has been aided by increased trade in the
international economy. Globalization has influenced music, fashion, and cuisine.
Through globalization, the KFC has been able to expand to many countries. People have
moved to consuming of more junk foods have are affecting their health and lives. People in
many countries have adopted the western cultures thus promoting eating of Kentucky fried
chicken worldwide.

Managers of foodservice establishments trying to gain a competitive edge by running

multiple units in the same local area now have a new type of information tool at their
disposal. Call-routing, database, and monitoring software are included, as well as a PC-based
telecommunications network between units. Phone orders may be expedited to the device
nearest to the customer for pickup or delivery using it. Additionally, online customer records
allow order takers to offer more personalized and potentially profitable service to callers.
Decision makers may use system management reports to improve menu and operations
management. The KFC industry has always benefited from technological advancements.
At KFC, cameras keep an eye on customers and staff — and given the number of burgers it
sells every minute, there’s a lot of data it has about customers.
The fast-food brand used the technology to drive nearby consumers into KFC stores
through proximity targeting and conquest ads at competitor locations. Examples of KFC

I love interacting with people and would like to work in a fast-paced, demanding atmosphere
like KFC. I believe KFC’s provides excellent value to its customers, and I would be honored
to serve them.
Fast-food work has gained a certain amount of popularity. Fast food is a significant source of
employment, particularly among young people. I have discovered that workers enjoy the
social elements of KFC-Jobs. The KFC where I'll be working is very cool. Coworkers and
supervisors who are pleasant to work with. Furthermore KFC is famous because it reminds
people of their childhood. Customers are served quickly at McDonald's, and eat like infants,
fluffy and fat. Customers eat with our fingers, nibble, enjoy sweet and sour sauces, and drink
through a straw, just like children, which is why millions of addicts return every day. I like
McDonald's Job because it has more focus on customers feeling and taste. For example,
consider a customer who is hungry, tired, and in desperate need of food. McDonald's is
looking the customer in the face.
It's inexpensive, fast, and easy to prepare, and it'll satisfy immediate hunger. Customers pay
for food and are satisfied immediately. The customer is now much happier, and the problem
has been resolved.People's lives are very hectic and hectic. Generally speaking, KFC comes
in handy if people are hungry and need food easily and cheaply. These people do not eat to
provide optimal nutrition or delicious food to their bodies.
I'd like to work at KFC because it's a welcoming place where the emphasis is on customer
satisfaction. I'd motivation to work here because I think it will be a successful first job for
me. And would like to work as a HR manager at KFC because skills and knowledge of
graduation motivates me to select this job position being a fresher. I have completed my
studies in a related field and feel fit for this position. I have excellent time management,
preparation, food safety management, inventory management and leadership skills, as well as
excellent communication skills to work at cross cultural environment.
