MEMORANDUM

It has come to our notice that Mr.____________, Roll No.____________, a student of

___________program was issued an Academic Warning vide letter no. File No._______, you were
advised to complete your graduation requirements by winter 2022 semester (12 th semester). The
regulation as mentioned earlier is given below for your reference:

The maximum duration within which a student should complete the requirements is six years (12
semesters, including the semester in which student took semester leave or the repeated semester/year).

It has been noted that you did not register credits in semester 11 (Monsoon 2021) and semester 12
(Winter 2022). Mr. ____________ is hereby asked to explain within 10 days (by 23rd April 2022) as to
why his registration should not be terminated on account of not complying with the regulation of not
completing graduation requirements in 12 semesters. If no reply is received by the stipulated date,
necessary action as deemed fit will be taken against him.
