    Dear Dir. Addog:

    The Baguio Stock Farm (BSF), now known as the Baguio Animal Breeding and Research
    Center (BABRC) was segregated and decreed for government utilization under
    Presidential Proclamation (P.D.) No. 603, series of 1940. Despite such government
    reservation, there has been massive squatting, unwarranted intrusions, and occupation
    of the BABRC area over the years by unauthorized parties, now the Department of
    Agriculture-CAR would like to request for the pertinent documents regarding Title O-
    with Certificate of Ancestral Land Title No. in the name of., containing an Area of
    located at Baguio City. The said O-CALT 37overlapped with the Proclamation 603.

    A case is pending with the RTC Branch 6, Baguio City with. The pertinent documents
    shall be used in the Case pending as requested by the Office of the Solicitor General. We
    hope for your immediate action on this matter.
