Republic of the Philippines ‘Supreme Court Manila TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP (TWG) ON THE DRAFTING OF GUIDELINES FOR THE DIRECT RELEASE OF MOOE TO THE LOWER COURTS MEMORANDUM: To: TO ALL COURT FINANCIAL CLERKS (CFCs) AND ‘SPECIAL DISBURSING OFFICERS (SD0s) RE: REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF TWO @) SETS OF HARD/PRINTED CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES (C.1.C) OF LIQUIDATION REPORTS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS DATE: 26 AUGUST 2021 Ss During the 20 August 2021 meeting of the members of the Technical Working Group (TWG), it was suggested by the processorsicourt financial clerks (CFCs) from the Property Division, Office of Administrative Services (OAS), Office of the Court Administrator (OCA), in view of the physical closure of the Supreme Court and of the limited number of employees allowed to be physically present in the offices therein, that it will be more efficient for them to check and process the liquidation documents of the MOOE pilot courts if what will be transmitted during this time are the hard/printed copies of the C.T.C. of the liquidation reports and its supporting documents, Ik vas also suggested that inorder to save time both in printing the electogie copies and in eviewing the same, the two (2) ses ofthe printed C.C ofthe liquidation docdnents be sent tothe Property Division, OAS, OCA, Supreme Court, Old Building, Padre Faura Sues, Emit Manila, attenton the CFC in-charge forthe region ofthe MOOE pilot court submiting the sane via private courier (1 LBC, JRS, 2Go ete) and nt via personal delivery of wanspat network vehicle services eG, Lalamove et) As such, it was resolved by the TWG members that all SDOs starting 27 August 2021 ar requested to forward two (2) sets of the C-T.C. of their liquidation documents to the Property Division, OAS, OCA, attention the CFC in-charge for their region, via private coutier.
