3- That the police does not need the petitioner’s custody for the
further investigation process of the case and the petitioner has
therefore been remanded to judicial custody.
4- That the facts stated in the complainant against the applicant are
civil disputes and does not constitute any criminal offence at all.
5- That the investigation of the case and thereafter the trial shall take a
considerable time and the petitioner shall suffer unbearable hardship
of imprisonment if he remains confined to Jail during this period.
7- That the petitioner is ready and willing to furnish bail bonds to the
satisfaction of this Hon’ble court for his being released on bail.
10. That the applicant shall not leave India without the previous
permission or the order of the Court.
11. That the applicant is ready and willing to accept any other
conditions as may be imposed by the Court or the police related with
the case.
PRAYER
It is therefore prayed that the court may order for the release of the
applicant on bail in the interest of justice. Applicant shall abide by
any direction or condition this court may pass.
