Dear Rudolf,

I hope this e-mail finds you well. I offer my apologies for writing you one week later, I’ve been
pretty tied up at work in order to take vacations next summer.

I am glad to hear from you even despite the fact it is impossible for you to come over my town,
although, we can gather together just like old times provided i earn my leave from work.

In the meantime, i will be eager to help you giving you some useful tips for your touring plan
as well as introducing you to a friend of mine in Madrid, whom i am pretty sure will guide you
through the city. Kindly let me know well in advance about your arrival so that I may make
suitable arrangements.

In addition to the previous, i strongly recommend you taking some Spanish lessons long before
departing from your country so as to facilitate social interaction with locals, just remember
interacting with them is important as this is the best way to fully experience what a country
has to offer; local knowledge is a great asset to take advantage of while travelling.

Drop me a line if you have any question, i am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Best wishes,
