Description of service

Airbus Operations SAS, hereinafter mentioned as “Airbus”, shall provide Repair and Design Approval Form
(RDAF) for Radome repair to Customers.
This product provision is governed by the Terms and Conditions here attached.

The RDAF can be used by the Operator to obtain approval from their Airworthiness Authorities for the repair
applied not covered by the CMMv.

Purpose of use

The provisioning of RDAF shall only be used exclusively for the repair proposal request referenced by the
Customer. RDAF is applicable for the following Radome P/Ns:

Conditions

The RDAF cannot be used for the same repair on other Radome.
