Parricide is committed by any person who shall kill his father, mother, or child,
whether legitimate or illegitimate, or any of his ascendants, or descendants, or his
spouse, shall be guilty of parricide and shall be punished by the penalty of reclusion
perpetua to death. The relationship of the offender with the victim is the essential
element of parricide. Essential element: relationship of offender with the victim;
except for spouses, only relatives by blood and in direct line (adopted are not
included)

2. If in the course of the fight participated by more than a dozen men and one is killed
without knowing who infected the wound. I think the liable for these killing is the
management. The victim or the family of the victim can file a case against the
management because I am sure they know who manage the entire fight they
participated.

3. Rape is committed by a man who shall have sexual intercourse with a woman under
any of the following circumstances: Through force, threat, or intimidation. When the
victim is deprived of reason or is unconscious. By any person who, under any of the
circumstances mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, shall commit an act of sexual
assault by inserting his penis into another's mouth, or anal orifice of any instrument
of object into the genital or anal orifice of another person.
