Subject Description: Living in IT Era

Guidelines in Vlogs Project (Final Requirement)

1. It is another collaboration work within the group based on the previous project.
2. It must be 15 min to 30 min film.
3. The team must choose topic in field of specialization with appropriate subtopic depend on the
number of group members.
4. Specify the Objective, Target Audience, Materials use, Resources, Lesson Proper, Application
and Sample Assessment in detailed lesson plan format. (Note: Objective must specify the three
objectives (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) in general and in each sub topic.
5. All members of the group must be seen teaching in the video tutorial for personal development
purposes.
6. It must have the 5 major element of Data/Information: (Text, Image, Audio, Video Clips,
Animation) Note: Do not take a shot of writing on the board (or any traditional teaching) but
instead use Multimedia tools in presenting lesson.
7. All information resources must be cited in the last part of the vlogs.
8. The following is the Criteria for Grading System:
a. Creativity and Design – 25%
b. Content, Completeness, Truthfulness of Information – 25%
c. Effectivity of the vlogs/ Objective and Supporting Lesson Plan– 25%
d. Clarity of each data such as Audio and Voice Quality, Text and Image, Video Clips and
Animation. – 25 %
9. There is corresponding deduction in the final grade of requirement in every failure to comply to
the said guidelines.
10. Deadline will be 1 month after you received this message
11. The file will be uploaded in your YouTube Account and will be shared in our MS Team.
12. Do not share it to any Social Networking site with out any permission to your Professor.

Note: All Documentation of every Collaboration Meeting must secure such as:

o Date and Time


o Google Meeting link or any flatform,
o name of participants in meeting,
o screenshot of every activities and meeting.

This will be graded as class participation during asynchronous activities. Do it in word Document format.
Submission of documentation will be on the last week of our semester.
