Andrea: Welcome guys, it's a pleasure to have you here today! My name is Andrea Llanos

Erick: Thanks for the invite.

Allison: Good morning, Andrea

Andrea: So before you start talking about your careers, your life and your ambitions, what

is your profession?

Allison: Hi everyone. My name is Allison Torres, I am 25 years old and I am a Business

Administrator

Erick: My name is Erick Arrestegui, I am a mechatronics engineer from UTP, I am 22 years

old.

Andrea: Well, I have some questions for you. What skills do you have that help you in your

profession?

Erick: It is important to be organized, I would like to be more detailed in my work

Andrea: Allison, why did you study management?

Allison: I am a business administrator this is what I have studied because I really want to

have my own business.

Andrea: Erick, what do you want to achieve in the future?

Erick: I would like to work at Volvo

Allison: What do you need to work there?

Erick: I have to study and have more experience

Andrea: What business would you like to have, Allison?

Allison: I would like to have a bookstore, however, there are not many people who read.
Erick: Andrea, did you study? And what skills do you have and which ones would you like

to have?

Andrea: Yes, I study psychology at the Technological University of Peru. I know how to

listen, I like to help others and look for solutions, I know how to relate with respect. I would

like to have patience, this is one of the skills that I feel I lack the most but I am working on
