Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you in order to provide feedback in regards to a number of recent changes in our area
as well as to suggest some other prospective improvements.

For one thing, investing in education is of utmost importance in any community. Thus, modernising
the school, through new laboratories and equipment, and other educational facilities were sensible
decisions who benefit the locals greatly. Children can now learn in a better enviroment which
enables experimentation and learning through hands-on experience.

Facilitating the bireacrautic process through digitalization has also been welcomed by the
community. As public institutions can now communicate with each other, the citizens no longer have
to navigate around red tape and they have time for other productive activities.

On the other hand, some changes have not proven useful to the local community. Building a
shopping centre not only is an unwise venture, as there isn’t such a large pool of potential customers
due to low population, mainstream chain corporations would shadow the local businesess present.
Eventually those businesses will be driven to bankruptcy and those corporations will set higher prices
in place, thereby destabilizing the local economy.

As for the future, I’d be elated to see development into road infrastructure as the roadway is full of
patches meant to cover up holes that spring up more and more often. The road should be
reconstructed entirely and traffic should also be directed more efficiently to avoid congestion. Public
transport should be also encouraged in detriment to personal cars as well, as it would ease traffic
and it’s also much more eco-friendly.

All in all, while there is still room for improvement, I am pleased to see eagerness for progress and
positive changes.

Yours faithfully,
