Course Description:
This 3-week course focuses on a variety of ways to help manage and prevent stress using an integrative
approach. Stress is something everyone deals with and avoiding it can lead to many different health problems
in the future. Each week, I will focus on a different area of integrative health and provide natural, safer ways to
manage stress. At the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of what stress is, how it affects
our health, and how you can use nutrition, exercise, and a variety of other activities to help reduce stress levels.
