Subject: Compliance with RoHS Directive

We hereby certify that all the primary lithium cell sizes of the type TL, SL, TLL
and TLH, and the HLC, TLI and TLM product lines, including those with pre-
soldered pins and tabs produced by Tadiran Batteries Ltd. and TLP battery
series, as well as the batteries assembled from these cells are free of the
following materials: Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent
chromium (Cr6+), Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), Polybrominated diphenyl
ethers (PBDE), Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Benzyl butyl phthalate
(BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).
In addition, these cells and batteries fully comply with the requirements stated
in EU Directive 2015/863 (the RoHS 3 directive) and its subsequent
amendments without the use of any exemption, and with the China,
“Management of Pollution from Electronic Information Products, Ministry of
Information Industry, February 28, 2006, Order No. 39” (China RoHS).
Generally, all batteries are out of the scope of the EU RoHS directive. Tadiran
Batteries Ltd. Has committed itself to comply fully with the requirements of
the Directive on a voluntary basis.
