The vacuum LCD screen separator is the second generation product developed by our factory. This
product has compact structure and simple and convenient operation. Using single-chip technology to
control the temperature. The temperature is visible and controllable, and it is the ideal LCD separation
tool on the market.

C. Operating Instructions
1. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch.
2. Adjust the knob to set the temperature.
3. Press the switch to display the real-time temperature of the heating plate to monitor the
temperature change of the heating plate.
4. When the temperature reaches the set value, the indicator light turns from red to green, and it is
in constant temperature state.
5. Put the silicone pad with holes on the heating plate. The holes should correspond to the holes on
the heating plate and not be blocked.
6. Put the screen to be separated on the silicone pad. The screen should completely cover all the
holes.
7. Turn on the vacuum switch. After a few seconds, the LCD screen is firmly sucked on the heating
plate. In a few minutes Into the disassembly related work.

D. Important Notice
1. There must be a good grounding wire when using this product.
2. This product is a high-temperature heating platform. Do not touch the heating plate with your
hands to avoid burns.
3. When using, avoid the fan blowing directly on the heating plate, otherwise the temperature
deviation will be large.
4. This product is only a screen removal tool, please be careful when using it for other purposes.
