RE NOTICE TO QUIT DATED 5TH AGUST 2019 TO MRS MERCY OLUCHI 0F-NO 201
OJO IGBEDE ROAD, AJANGBADI OJO LAGOS STATE.

We are in receipt of your notice to quit to deliver a room and parlor self contain
dated 5th August 2019 to Mrs. mercy oluchi by his landlord, pastor Emmanuel
Michael.
However, our objection is that the landlord is being economical with truth as
the tenant is a yearly tenant who is desirous to renew her tenancy except that the
landlord has seriously objected being that she employs Muslim to work for her in
her petty business.
We hope that statutory compliance will be followed by giving us the necessary
notice otherwise we will be objecting to it.
