FLOW INTRODUCTION

MAKE SURE TO REFER TO THE VIDEO TUTORIAL BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS EXERCISE.

1) To hardwire your understandings of flow better, practice through repetition

is your key .

I would like you t o alternate between studies and testing yourself. By studies,
I m e a n mindful copying. With testing yourself, r e m o v e all references, including
your p r e v i o u s sketches and sketch purely from memory.
Throughout the 1 0 sketches for each angle , I would like you to start off slow
for the first few, then gradually pick up pace , then for the last 3 , to speed up
outside of your comfort zone .
I also encourage t o do this exercise multiple t i m e s.

ALTERNATE YOUR STUDIES AND TESTS IN THIS ORDER:

1 ) STUDY 6 ) TEST
2 ) STUDY 7 ) STUDY
3 ) STUDY 8 ) TEST
4 ) TEST 9 ) TEST
5 ) STUDY 10 ) TEST
