the Senator Tolentino Adaptive Governance and Innovation for Local Executives (AGILE)

Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and other partner international institutions like the
National University of Singapore – Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Austrian Institute of
Technology and Demos Helsinki.

The AGILE Program is composed of six (6) courses specially designed to provide blazing leaders like
you with an opportunity to recalibrate your knowledge, leadership, and governance approaches in the
following critical areas: fiscal management, local economic recovery, environmental management,
policy and decision-making, and futures thinking.
