MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW, Plaintiff thru undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court,
respectfully states that:

1. Private Plaintiff received thru commercial courier (LBC) a Motion for

Postponement filed by Atty.

2. Private Plaintiff is still a probationary employee in her current

employment as such absences will work against her favor.

3. She had already informed her employer and was allowed to be absent on
June 22, 2022 to attend the Arraignment and Pre- trial conference.

4. More importantly, the accused maybe assisted by the Public Attorney’s

Office or any lawyer to be assigned by this Honorable Court for
arraignment purposes, the postponement will cause a significant delay to
the case that this Honorable Court and the counsels wish to avoid.

5. Considering the above circumstance, the undersigned counsel prays that

the scheduled Arraignment and Pre- trial Conference will push thru on the
date and schedule as set by this Honorable Court on June 22, 2022 at
1:00pm.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed for that the

scheduled Arraignment and Pre- trial Conference will push thru on the date
and schedule as set by this Honorable Court on June 22, 2022 at 1:00pm.
