Subject: Health Care Package for superannuated / retired / voluntary retired /

dependent of deceased employee / beneficiary who are availing post-
retirement medical facility from ONGC.

Executive Committee (EC) in its 35th Special Meeting held on 25'h January,
2022 at New Delhi, has accorded approval to allow purchase of one or more of the
following health care item (s) / equipment (s) within a reimbursement ceiling of
Rs. 5000/-( Rupees Five thousand only ) including taxes as a one-time measure
by superannuated / retired / voluntary retired / dependent of deceased employee /
beneficiary who are availing post-retirement medical facility from ONGC:

2. Procedure for payment of the claim as enumerated below:

(I) Superannuated / retired / voluntary retired / dependent of deceased employee

/ beneficiary who are availing post-retirement medical facility from ONGC
shall purchase one or more items from the above list and claim
reimbursement within ceiling of Rs. 5000/- per family.

(ii) No prescription will be required. They may claim reimbursement through

BANDHAN.

(iii) The item(s) / equipment(s) should be purchased from a GST registered

vendor and bills / receipts should be in the name of the Superannuated /
retired / voluntary retired / dependent of deceased employee / beneficiary who
are availing post-retirement medical facility from ONGC.

(iv) The reimbursement shall be allowed forthe aforesaid item (s) / equipment (s)
purchased between the date of issue of this office order and 31.12.2022
Only.

(v) The claims may be preferred in maximum two instances.

(vi) This reimbursement shall, however, not be applicable to those employees

who have already availed such Health care package under 00 dated
22 04.2021, and who have since superannuated/retired/ voluntary retired or
are dependents of deceased employee/ beneficiary.
