I humbly request for release of additional fund for maintenance in Microbiology

Laboratory and Head of Department Office. The estimate for the maintenance is
made as follows:

2. Refurbishment of Laboratory tables, drawers, and shelves N255,000
3. Plumbing Works N33, 000
4. Accessories N70, 000
5. GAS Piping N80, 000
6. Refurbishing of HOD’s office N150, 000
7. Repairing of autoclave and refrigerator N50, 000
8. Repairing of Air Conditioners N120, 000
9. Labour N100, 000
10.Furnishing of Staff Offices N100, 000
Total N984, 000
The total cost of maintenance is Nine Hundred and Eighty Four Thousand Naira
Only (N884, 000).
