In “The power of habit” Charles Duhigg explains the nature of habits. How and in what
part of the brain they are formed, why we develop habits, and how his information can
help us mold our brain and change bad habits for new ones. The information is presented
in a non-biased informative way. My writing topic talks about what steps we can take to
change bad habits, so this source is relevant to my topic.

Charles Duhigg is the author of “The Power of Habit” and “Smarter Faster Better”. He is a
writer for The New Yorker Magazine, and a former reporter for the New York Times. He
studied history at Yale University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
