Today we will talk about FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEVELS VII and VIII,
taught by Ms. Vilma Judith Alonzo Boch.
Let's get into context:
The purpose of the foreign language course is to express the dialect in a
fluent way of English, but I want to focus this time on something so great,
on the experience and the great ability that the teacher provided as a
leader throughout the course.
 Leadership: is the ability of a person to influence, motivate, organize
and carry out actions to achieve their goals and objectives that involve
people and groups in a framework of values.
 Leadership is a potential and can be developed in different ways and in
very different situations from one another.
 It is closely related to change and personal and collective
transformation.
 Leadership is an opportunity, it can be exercised by many people in
various media: educational, family, sports, professional, scientific,
social, military, political.
 Leadership is a capacity that develops from varied potential in
individuals and groups.
