POSITIONING
I use this positioning scheme in 90% of cases, it is valid only for
intact teeth with standard anatomy, not subjected to pathological
abrasion. In cases of abrasion, the values must be recalculated to
the height of the missing hard tissues individually for each tooth.
The main purpose of height positioning is to align the marginal
ridges and contact points of the teeth.
