Two situations for wheel replacement on site:
5.1 Only replace the single wheel; when replacing the single wheel, just make
make the notch of the cover, the “*” mark on the eccentric bearing sleeve
and the mark on the wheel pillow block match with each other.
5.2 Replace the wheel bogie: to replace the wheel bogie, mark the original relative
positions between the wheel bogietobe replaced and trolley frame first, install the
new wheel bogie according to the mark, and then make the notch of the cover,

1. Requirements for the trolley wheel alignment by ZPMC:

Figure 4
1.1 The axial centers of the wheels on the two opposite rails should not have an
altitudinal deviation more than 2mm in the vertical plane (Please refer toFigure1).

Maximum deviation 2 mm

of the eccentric sleeve is
2.5 mm

1.2 The inclination of the wheel axial centre from the horizontal plane should be
between +0.2%D and -0.1%D (As shown in Figure 2).
1.3 The axial centre of the wheel bores should not have an angular deviation more
than -+ 0.08%D from its theoretical axial centre in the horizontal plane.
(As shown in Figure3).
3. Theoretical analyses on configuration design:
The eccentric adjustment values by turning an eccentric bearing sleeve
at every 15 degree are shown in Figure 5:

2. Assembly configuration of the eight-wheel bogie:

To meet the requirements for the trolley wheel alignment, wheel bearing sleeves
are designed eccentrically, and the eccentric bearing sleeves are 2.5mm adjustable. Figure 5

should also be strictly followed:
4.1 Proper amount of lubricant grease should be pumped into the bearing to make
sure that the wheels be turned freely . Horizontal center line:

4.3 Make sure that the external surface of the eccentric bearing sleeves and the
faying surface of the bearing cover and the wheel pillow block are cleaned before
adjusting the eccentric bearing sleeves. Figure 7
