(i) Their services will be governed by the PSEB Service of Engineers (Electrical) Recruitment Regulations, 1965 (as applicable to HPGCL) & amended from time to time and other Rules / Regulations /instructions as applicable to the Services of Corporaton (ii) The promotion of above officers, to the post of Assistant Executive Engineers (Electrical) have been made subject to the condition that they will have no claim of their seniority over thouse who are otherwise senior to them and whose cases Could not be finalized due to pending disciplinary proceedings or any other reasons. They are also liable for reversion without any notice to make room for their seniors, if need be. (iv) The above officers would have continued to officiate as Assistant Engineer but for their promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical). (¥) The above officers will remain on probation for a period of one year from the date of assumption of charge as Assitant Executive Engineer (Electrical). Their respective controlling officers will send the work and conduct report of the officers after completion of one year. (vi) The promotion of Sh. Tilak Raj AE, Sh. Sanjay Sidana AE, Sh. Gaurav Sharda ‘AE, Sh. Amit Kumar Garg AE and Sh. Jimmy Narang AE, working in BEMB, will be subject to pending work & conduct from BBMB.
