gone. Many businesses are beginning to engage with their communities by developing and
implementing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Corporate Social Responsibility programs are
methods for businesses to engage in activities that assist the society while also benefiting the company.
Without a question, education is one of the most important instruments for finding work or advancing in
any sector. With this issue in mind, the group proposed a scheme for financially unstable students.
ROC.PH is currently running a Sponsor A Student scholarship project. With this situation in view, the
group proposed a project for financially disadvantaged students. ROC.PH is currently running a Sponsor
A Student scholarship project. In collaboration with Governor Ferrer Memorial National High School, the
company was able to sponsor a student from General Trias, Cavite, in June 2017. In accordance with this
initiative, the group developed a way for improving the existing SR project, Pay it Forward Scholars.

This program intends to help financially challenged and financially unstable students. Education-related
expenses might be lowered as a result, providing financial comfort to students and their guardians.
Students will benefit greatly from programs like this, considering that the globe is still suffering from a
global pandemic that mostly affects the poor.

This program will provide marketing students from state universities in the province of Cavite the option
to apply. Students who apply for this position will be interviewed and their academic achievement will
be evaluated. This program will only accept a few students. Once accepted, the chosen student will
receive a sponsorship from the company equal to half of the student's tuition fees. Furthermore, the
company will incorporate the student both during his or her internship and as an employee after
completing his or her undergraduate degree. In exchange for the financial aid, the student will be forced
to work for the company for one year. If the student decides to quit the company before the agreed-
upon period of employment, he or she will be required to pay ROC.PH the full value of the scholarship.
Both sides will sign a contract to create a legally enforceable agreement.

Learning will always be crucial, not only for finding a career, but also for improving one's critical thinking
and acquiring the required abilities to stand out among the crowd. This program will enable ROC.PH to
give education, develop students as professionals, and equip them with future prospects. These
students will carry the ideals and experiences they gained at ROC.PH into their future careers, marks the
start of their journey in their chosen professions.
