B. Project Duration
The project takes 2 months (February-March) that includes Planning,
Preparations, and Implementation of the Project

C. Objectives of the Project

To teach children with the ages 3-7 to read and write

and engaging them in a classroom environment, to
participate in different activities and letting them learn
different things in a fun filled activities

D. Project Description

As a future educator we all know how important knowledge is

for the future of every child. As it is the key for their success
and is their weapon to keep up on our fast growing and ever-
changing environmental Society.

We planned this project with the sole purpose:

“To teach and to share learnings to the little ones through

educational and fun filled activities.”

The benefits of this project were to show the Classroom

Environment to the children. Engage them in a learning process
through fun activities, and letting them know important
learning is.

The focus of this project was for the children to know how to
write their names, on the paper provided to them, to have them
color the coloring books provided to them and to be able to read
and answer the question related to the stories in the story books
provided to them.

E. Methodology

This project aims to educate the children how to read, write, and color.
With this we ask permission to the barangay official to gather children with
the ages 3-7 years old to voluntarily join our discussion and fun filled
activities that we provided. The program will last about 2 hours including
the snacks time. We target about a maximum of 25 children to be taught on
our program. During the program we were going to teach 2-3 children per
volunteer so that we can focus on teaching and guiding them through the
whole program. We prepared a name writing contest and a coloring contest
with prizes to be given to the winners as a motivation. And following the
community guidelines we implement social distancing and provide a mask
on every participant.

Program and Flow of Activities

We Survey the Area for the Children that can participate on
our discussion. First, we ask a barangay official to help us and
permit us to conduct the survey. We ask and each Parent on
what they want us to teach to their children. And the results are
the Parent want us to teach their children about literacy.
