Acknowledgement and Undertaking

1. I, __________________(Name)am currently employed by or engaged in the provision of services to Accenture and am or will be
assigned to the Project Wolverine (Content Moderation Services) (hereafter referred to as “Project”).

2. I acknowledge that in working on the Project, I am required to access an application that contains confidential client data (the “Tool”).
The Tool is a restricted system which enables authorized users to remotely access the data from a secure area of Accenture premises,
in order to view and moderate certain types of content that have been brought to the client’s attention by the client’s users (or
otherwise) as being potentially inappropriate, unlawful, or against policy.

3. This content needs to be reviewed, to check if it is appropriate to post, or not, and to protect other users from seeing content which
might be against law, policy, or otherwise disturbing. That review is part of my job. I understand that in the course of my work content
I may encounter, or need to review, certain contents that may include graphic and potentially disturbing content including but not
limited to nudity/pornography; hate speech (which could include offensive material of a religious, gender, sexual, age related and/or
racial nature); bullying; self-destructive behaviour (including illegal drug use or self-harm); child exploitation (which could include
sexual images of children); graphic violence; animal cruelty; credible threat content (which could include content relating to the threat
of a serious crime such as terrorism) and other content of a disturbing, upsetting or offensive nature which are otherwise strictly
prohibited from viewing in Accenture.

4. I understand that on opening the Tool it may be possible that I may view some other contents, other than those mentioned above and
I would need to review these as well to detrmine that whether the same are within the scope of content moderation services being
rendered to the Client. I will not be moderating these contents, however, same will still need to be viewed by me to determine
whether they are out of scope of content moderation services.

5. By signing this form, I indicate that I understand that I will be viewing the above-mentioned contents, and consent to doing so. If I
change my mind and no longer consent to viewing this type of content, I will immediately tell my supervisor and thereafter engage in
a discussion with my supervisor and the Human Resources department of Accenture to determine my future course of engagement
with the project. I appreciate that decisions on way forward cannot be immediately made and hence during the pendency of such
discussion I understand that I will be required to continue to support the project with the help of counseling support provided by
Accenture.

6. I agree that access to the Tool is provided to me solely for the purpose of the Project and I agree not to use the access for any other
purpose. I will take care to ensure others do not see this content, unless it is necessary as part of my job and they are authorized to
see it. That means I must not share my credentials (e.g. user id, passwords etc) with anyone.
7. I will not disseminate the information obtained from the Tool in any way or form (including but not limited to sending email, uploading,
storing), unless it has been specifically authorized for the Project.

8. I understand my access to the Tool will be under constant monitoring/surveillance controls. I understand that I cannot use the
workstation for the purpose of any private matters and I expressly consent to such monitoring.

9. I am aware that strict adherence to the above mentioned requirements is mandatory, in order to continue working on the Project.
Any violation would amount to serious misconduct and for employees may warrant disciplinary action up to and including termination,
and for others providing services, may result in the termination of my engagement.

10. I release Accenture from any liability arising from my viewing of the content described above, including but not limited to claims of
personal injury, health and safety related, harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, or otherwise.
Additionally, I understand that Accenture has made arrangement of an assessment/counselling sessions that happen on periodic
intervals. I acknowledge that attending counselling session/assessment is voluntary and meant for my personal safety and health. I
understand that if I choose to not avail the facility of the counselling and assessments I will be doing so voluntarily and in such
circumstances, I agree that no liability of whatsoever nature may ensue on Accenture and I agree to release Accenture from any claims
of whatsoever nature, if I choose not to attend the counselling sessions/assessments. Considering my personal safety and health, there
can be circumstances when Accenture may suggest attending the counselling/assessments. I agree that if I do not follow such
instructions of Accenture it will tantamount to a breach of employment terms/engagement terms with Accenture (as the case may be).
In such circumstances, no liability of any nature or claims shall ensue on Accenture. Accenture also reserves the right to take actions
that may be deemed appropriate in the circumstances against such breaches.
11. I am aware of my liability towards Accenture in case of non-compliance with the above requirements in accordance with relevant law.
I shall be solely responsible for any liability that may arise due to non-adherence of this Undertaking.
