Difference between Hurt and Grievous Hurt

The concept of hurt is different from grievous hurt in the following ways:
1. The injuries caused in grievous hurt are specific in nature like emasculation,
loss of sight, loss of limb, fracture, disfiguration etc. whereas the injuries
caused in section 319 i.e. hurt are just covered by bodily pain, disease and
infirmity.
2. The nature of Hurt is simple, on the other hand, The nature of Grievous
hurt is grievous.
3. Simple hurt does not endanger life while grievous hurt may cause danger to
life.
4. The risk of life is much more grave in the case of grievous hurt than in the
case of hurt.
5. Hurt is not punishable in itself. For hurt to b punishable, it must be
accompanied by other offences. But grievous hurt is punishable in itself.
6. The offence of hurt is non-cognizable, bailable and triable by any
Magistrate. Whereas the offence of grievous hurt is cognizable, bailable,
compoundable with the permission of the Court.
7. The punishment for Hurt is given under section 323 of the Indian Penal
Code and the punishment for grievous hurt is given under section 325 of
the Indian Penal Code

There are many different of culpable and murder. Such as,
 Culpable Homicide is define section 299 of PC, On the other hand, section
300 of PC.
 Both of these offence to remain intention of causing death.
 All murder of culpable Homicide but all culpable Homicide not murder. So,
culpable Homicide is wider term , on the other hand, narrow term is
murder.
 Culpable Homicide is less serious than murder but aggravated from if
culpable Homicide.
 In culpable Homicide to remain indefinite knowledge of death, on the other
hand , in murder to remain definite knowledge of death.
 The punishment of culpable Homicide is lesser, on the other hand, the
punishment of murder is heavier.
 In culpable Homicide is less probability of causing death, on the other hand
in murder, death is caused in all probability.
 Culpable Homicide is a genus , but murder is a species.
 To remain single mens Rea or double mens Rea and any one of five
exceptions under section 300 of PC. On the other hand, double mens Rea
without any one five exceptions under section 300 of PC .
 For culpable homicide provoke by the another person, but for murder
provoke by Himself.
