Agenda : Preparing for Spud in GEMAH #28 Well.

1. All well controll equipments must be good installed as property prior spud

in.

2. Prior function test the fire pump need to be repaired in hose connection

and from discharge hose to fire pump due to leaking.

3. Report all problem found to Person in charge related, ripair it as soon if i

cannot fixed report to rig superintendet or materialman to request the

material needed.
4. Mention all crewmen to fill up actually the form daily checklist as per
position.

5. Tool pusher shall be monitored the daily checktist every day and give
funishment if there is serious violation to improve work performance.
