Ref: Croular No. 1. 4(4)/57/122/2012/B8U dated 23/ 10/2017 2, Bmall dated 28 Nov,2018 Vide above referred circulars, System integrators (Sls) were required to get ‘Aadhaar enrolment kits comprising of specific make and model of devices, tested and certified at any of the Regional ofice/ Tech Center of UIDA for its working with ECMP fag well inter-operability of the devices. After successful testing, a certificate is provided to SI in the prescribed format. 2. The specification of Aadhaar Enrolment kit has also been upgraded and same is attached 3. Ithhas been decided that as part of certification following shall be provided by (BM of Biometric Devices ( Slap Scanner / IRIS) (a) Standard drivers for the devices Windows 7 to 10 ~ both 32 bit and € bit @)_—_Ubunta (from 10.08 to 18.04) 32 bit and 64 bit (0) SDK supporting Java and .Net for both Windows and Linux divers ax at (a, [c) VDMs with source code based on the publicly available drivers and SDK 4. In view of the above, it has been decided that all device certification issued by UIDAT til date stands cancelled and Sis are required to reapply for testing and certification afresh with above requirements, to any of the UIDA's Regional ffces / ‘Tech Center, 5. Camera IX. Slap scanner X. GPS Device 1, All these devices shall be as per UIDAI's specifications. Biometric devices (Slap/Iris Scanner) shall be STQC certified 3. Complete kit warranty shall be for 3 years except White screen, Focus light & surge protector. 4, During warranty, faulty equipment's shall be replaced/repaired within 7 days. 5.
