Responsibility
From an early age I approached every job responsibly. I use the motto: treat people the way you want to
be treated. I know this feeling when I ask for a service and it is done incorrectly, not completely or
poorly. That’s why I’m always doing my best, if something goes wrong, I warn about it and don’t hide it.

Enterprising
I understand that my future depends on me, so I take control of the situation. When others fear the
consequences and hesitate, I act and succeed.

Inventiveness
I do not like monotony, so I often come up with alternative ways of doing work that are more effective.

Critical thinking
Often, after hearing the information for the first time, I believed in it, but after communicating with
other people, I was completely changing my mind. Over time, my naivety passed and now, every time I
hear the news, I analyze it, find out more information before drawing conclusions.

Severity
Sometimes in pursuit of the desired result, I can be severe, expecting people to do the work responsibly.
Nevertheless, I work on myself and after each communication I draw conclusions, therefore it becomes
easier and easier for me to control emotions.
