SEARCH WARRANT

TO ANY OFFICER OF THE LAW:

GREETINGS!

It appearing to the satisfaction of the undersigned after personally

examining under oath the applicant, ______________ and his
witnesses/informants that there is probable cause to believe that a Violation
of Republic Act N0. 8294 particularly illegal possession of unlicensed firearm
and ammunitions is being committed and that there are good and sufficient
reasons to believe that accused ____________, is at present in possession,
control and custody of cal. 38 and live ammunitions and which he is keeping
and concealing inside the premises of his house located at Brgy. 10 Estancia,
Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, and which illegal firearm and ammunitions should be
seized and brought to the undersigned.

NOW, THEREFORE, you are commanded to make an immediate search

at DAYTIME ONLY of the house of ____________, located at Brgy. 10 Estancia,
Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte and forthwith seize and confiscate the above-described
firearm and ammunitions thereupon bring the same to the undersigned to be
dealt with as the law provides.

This search warrant shall be valid for ten (10) days from issuance.
