Notice / Instructions Pursuant to the Central Depository Company of Pakistan

Limited Regulations (“CDC Regulations”)

1. Please take notice that I/we have been admitted as a Clearing Member of the
National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (“NCCPL”). I/we am/are an
Account Holder of CDC and have given you this notice of my/our admission as a
Clearing Member of NCCPL pursuant to the CDC Regulations.

2. As required by the CDC Regulations, I/we hereby authorize CDC and irrevocably
instruct (hereinafter referred to as “Instructions”) CDC pursuant to the CDC
Regulations to Deliver Book-entry Securities from time to time to and from
my/our Account(s) with CDC, or as the case may be, Sub-Accounts under my/our
control as a Participant in accordance with the NCCPL Regulations, the CDC
Regulations and the Procedures made thereunder. Such Instructions shall be
effective from the date of publication of amendments in the CDC Regulations
relating to automation of securities transfers in the official gazette of Pakistan.

I/we hereby confirm that these instructions are irrevocable and if I/we give you notice
revoking the same, CDC shall have the right to suspend, revoke or terminate my/our
admission to the Central Depository System (“CDS”), or to deregister me/us as a
Clearing Member of NCCPL in the CDS.
