Stage 1: Review the drawings (life safety respective)


- 3 Office building - completed
- Site plan
- All remaining buildings.
Stage 2: Preparing fire safety strategy
- Fire strategy report for 3 office buildings - completed
- Fire strategy report for all remaining buildings
Stage 3: Design criteria of fire safety systems.
✓ Design criteria for all fire safety systems, include:
- Firefighting systems (Buildings and site plan)
- Fire alarm systems
- Emergency light system
- Exit sigs
- Life safety
- Site plan – fire truck roads.
Stage 4: Design fire safety systems
✓ Depending on the approval of design criteria, the design will be for:
- Firefighting systems (Buildings and site plan)
- Fire alarm systems
- Emergency light system
- Exit sigs
- Life safety
- Site plan – fire truck roads.
Stage 5: Approval
✓ Option 1: from the CD consultant
✓ Option 2: from the office and Civil defense (and/or discussion with CD for major
issues (like concealed space systems)
Stage 6: Find handover to CD
- After complete the project, consultant will test the site for inspection and testing
and release certificate and report to submit to CD.
