I would suggest reading the manga after you get caught up. which can be found at
manga fox or wherever else you can find manga these days and is released weekly .
Since the manga is starting its final arc.
 - My Thoughts :

This looks like jump is cutting back on Bleach, which means a couple things.
If my bakuman terminology is right. They are going down in weekly ratings in the
magazine and sales are probably going down of anime/manga.
Kubo wouldn't of announced the "final arc" if the anime and manga were not losing
steam. From the start and even finish of the XCUTION arc.
it felt like filler and did not feel like it could be a main storyline of Bleach or
even compare to the Arrancar saga. It felt forced, like kubo didn't know where to
go. So, its not surprising that Bleach is ending cuz it should of ended at the end
of the Arrancar saga after ichigo beat Aizen. As unfortunate as it is the creators
of the anime had NO BRAIN and decided to pump it full of more pointless filler
after that saga....but anyway I digress. there is my two cents
