Task 2 (Analyze It)

To begin with, working is regarded a professional hour for a person. Everything

that has to do with work should be done in accordance with its rules. A supervisor is

someone who works in a management capacity. Employees should, however, respect

the regulations established by the organization or someone in a position of authority.

Personal calls, particularly emergencies with families, are regarded significant matters

for which a household head should be present. When it comes to persuading the

supervisor to allow staff to make personal calls during work hours, the supportive

communication style is the most effective since it strikes a good balance between

dominance and sociability. One thing to think about while expressing ideas is projecting

the potential benefits followed by the potential drawbacks. The disadvantages should be

followed up with solutions so that the supervisor is confident that the work done during

working hours will not be affected. Furthermore, because many workers have families, it

may be suggested that a time limit be implemented to avoid lengthier phone

conversations and to ensure that everyone who needs to make a personal contact is

treated fairly with fair time given on the duration of the calls. It is also important to be

kind in giving or raising this concern since it also represents the impression of the

supervisor may be to you as an employee.
