Leave Policy

The following company policy statement is for personal leave. Generally, personal leave
is granted without pay, but without loss of credit for the employees/consultants/intern’s
length of service with the company.

Granting of such a leave depends on the review of the merits of each case, including the
effect the employees/consultants/intern’s absence will have on the workload of the
other employees/consultants/interns. Probationary employees/consultants/interns are
not generally eligible for leaves of absence. An employees/consultants/intern must have
one year of continuous employment before such a leave will be considered. After
completion of one year of service with us, we offer one paid leave per month.

Besides Sundays, we offer a minimum of 7 and a maximum


of 12 paid leaves during the year on occasion of festivals and
national holidays.

LEAVE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. It is necessary that leave/s are scheduled in advance and in a manner


that balances both the individual’s desires and Company’s need for
appropriate coverage on teams and projects.
2. Applications for leaves of absence may be granted or rejected as dictated by the
judgment of your reporting manager and informing the same to the HR as well.
3. All employees/consultants/interns should get email approval from their
Reporting manager with HR Team marked on CC for their leaves.

It is the employees/consultants/intern’s responsibility to return to work on the date the


leave of absence expires. Should the employees/consultants/intern fail to return and fail
to notify to the reporting manager of a request for an extension, we will assume that the
employees/consultants/intern does not intend to rejoin the company and will consider
the employees/consultants/intern to have resigned from employment. A request for
extension of a leave of absence must be in writing and must be received at least
working days prior to the expiration of a leave.
