DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by and between:

ZAYDA PINILI FRANCISCO, REYNALDO

QUINTANA PINILI, ROLANDO QUINTANA PINILI,
LORRAINA PINILI LEONGSON, CORAZON PINILI
GINO-GINO, LUIS QUINTANA PINILI, JOSEFINO
QUINTANA PINILI, and RODOLFO QUINTANA
PINILI, all Filipino citizen, of legal age, and residing
at Navotas City, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDORS;

- and -

CENON VILLA VILLANUEVA and MA. ELOISA

BUNDAL BONALES, both of legal age, Filipino
citizens and with residential address at Aquino
Street, Brgy. Pinagsanjan, Pagsanjan, Laguna,
hereinafter referred to as VENDEES.

W I T N E S S E T H:

That, the VENDORS are the owners of an undivided portion of a

parcel of land situated at Aquino Street, Brgy. Pinagsanjan, Pagsanjan,
Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon, with a Certificate of Title No. _____.

That, for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND

PESOS (P80,000.00) receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged, the
VENDORS hereby SELLS, CEDES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS their
undivided portion of the aforementioned property to VENDEES, their heirs,
successors, and assigns.

It is hereby mutually agreed that the vendees shall bear all the
expenses for the execution and registration of this deed and all
corresponding taxes, fees and assessment, if any, applies.

Upon payment hereof, physical possession of the subject property is

hereby transferred to the vendees.
