Introduction : An effective business communication is considered to be important is todays
world as it helps in image bulding of an individual, maintaining the better relation between
clients of the organization, clear communication between the members of the organization
and bulding an effective team and positive environment in the organization. Communication
in the organization can be done according to the need and importance of the message that is
to be convied to the audience. As an effective tool of communication AIDA model can be
used which includes attention, interest, desire and action. Here the attention includes those
points on which the case of letter is build upon it includes problem or idea. Interest it includes
those points which builds interest for your argument. Desire it includes what you expect in
return from audience and actions includes what specific decision taken by your audience on
your message.

Due to the covid pandamic situation of work from home has become quite difficult. Me as a
single parent find it much difficult to maintain the working hours and keep personal time

As my daily works involves maintaining coordination among the team, solving doubts of
team members and attending long hours overseas client calls.
Sir if we try for making fixed guidelines for office communications. It would be very helpful
for me as well as team members as this will help in keeping the balance work and life.
If you think fixing office communication time is good decision that it will be helpful for me. I
also gurantee you that whenever an emergency calls needed to be taken I will be attending

Introduction: In order to write an effective business message an writer must use


communication ethics while drafting it similarly while drafting an message he must keep
audience at the center and use an you attitude but while drafting an letter using you attitude
he must avoid use of you attitude if the message makes reader feel guilty, accusive or sounds
dominating. Writer must be kind and courteous while drafting an harsh and negative message
similarly proper means of communication must be selected while keeping in mind the nature
and importance of the particular message for the receiver. Maintaining the positive tone while
drafting an business message is also important the writer can use those phases or words
which reduces the harshness of the message but while doing so he must keep in mind that if
there is any negative message for the reader it must not get hidden under any positive or
tempting words. While writing an business message the writer must always remember that
the drafted message must be bias free it must not unethically categorize any thing gender,
age, disability etc. while framing age and disability bias free sentence the individual or person
must be given more importance and not his disability and age. Similarly while framing
