Job Description-

Ability to multi task prioritize coordinate work well under pressure and meet
deadlines.

Key Responsibilities.

Attend the Client calls.

Provide updates for the respective tools.

Support L2 for troubleshooting in terms of stuck anywhere.

Manage end to end Endpoint Security Solutions which includes and not limited to
install configure manage administer troubleshoot etc.

Hands on experience in security incident response lifecycle and its phases.

Provide Service improvement to the management.

Fine tuning rules Raise case and follow up with support for any issue with Vendors.

Suggest new integration to the clients and their benefits.


Shift Timing 16x5 Rotational Shifts On call.
