neighbors on this. Karen, this is not only to you.
These bad days and good days and even worse
days and the better days are there fir every human
being in this world. It doesn’t matter how rich or
poor you are or what color you are or what race or
religion you are or what nationality you are etc.

There are 8 things in this world that every human
being face in their lives no matter whats their class
i mentioned above. This is called ‘Ata (eight) Lo
Dahama’ in Buddhism. I cant translate those eight
things from Pali language to English but you can
google.
I was married to my caring beautiful sweet wife fir
30 yrs. We didnt have kids and i lost her in 2020
due to cancer but i am still living without
committing suicide . So the bottom line is we all
have to face these eight things and not only you.
So be strong and your good days will be there
