APPLICATION FOR URGENT & EARLY HEARING IN THE
MATTER ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT
The Applicant most respectfully submits as under:
1. That the Applicant in the instant case is Vivekanand Prathmik
Sahkari Upbhokta Bhandar Maryadit, Narsinghpur, the Petitioner,
wherein the applicant has challenged the order dated 08/10/2018,
passed by the District Supply Officer, Narsinghpur (M.P.), whereby
the order of suspension of the applicant to run the fair price shop was
held valid.
2. That the matter is pending before this Hon’ble Court since
11/11/2019 and was last listed on 28/03/2020 before this Hon’ble
Court and could not be reached. The instant case has not been listed
for hearing since then.
3. That, in the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances it is necessary
in the interest of justice to list the instant matter urgently / early for
giving expeditious hearing to the Applicant.

PRAYER
The Petitioner, therefore humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court may kindly
be pleased to take up the matter early and hear the Petitioner.
