Instructions for admission to First Year
The process of admission to First Year of BA, BCom,
BCom(Accounting and Finance), BMS, BSc, BSc(IT), BSc(CS),
BSc(BT) will be as follows.
(Students can fill all online forms using their smart phones
OR students may visit Bartakke Institute of Information
Technology for assistance to fill up online forms)

1. All students who wish to apply for admission to first year at Gogate
Jogalekar College, Ratnagiri has to register their names on
university portal http://mumoa.digitaluniversity.ac/ with proper
program name and college name as “R P Gogate College of Arts &
Science And R V Jogalekar College of Commerce, Ratnagiri”.
If the student has already registered on University portal then
they have to check whether they have selected proper program
and college name properly as per following table. If there is any
error he/she has to register for proper program and college name
again. (This form is to be submitted to the college during
admission)

Students from Abhyankar kulkarni Junior College and R B Shirke
Junior college has to follow the process to apply for FYBCom
(A/F), FYBMS, FYBSc (Computer Science), FYBSc(Information
Technology) and FYBSc(Biotechnology)

a. After registration on university portal, students have to fill the

college application form from June 16, 2022 till June 20,
2022 01:00 pm.

(Before you start filling the online application form,

please ensure that you have in hand:

1. Mark sheets and other documents ready for reference while filling the
form.
2. Scanned copies of your XII mark sheet, Junior College leaving
certificate (ADHAR card, in case no leaving certificate is issued)
and caste certificate (if required) ready for upload while filling the
form.

Document sizes should not be more than 1 MB and the document

must be in jpg, jpeg, png, pdf format.

3. Scanned copies of your recent photo and signature ready for upload
while filling the form. (This photo and signature will appear on your
Identity Card)

Photo must be recent and colored with size less than 30 KB and
photo must be in jpg, jpeg, png format.

Sign on a white paper with a black ink pen in running hand with size
less than 20 KB and photo of a sign must be in jpg, jpeg, png format.)

i. Visit at : https://resgjcrtn.com/
ii. Start filling the application form by clicking on “FY
admission” on home page.
iii. Fill the form completely and upload the documents.
(Student may apply for different Programs)
iv. Take Printout of the Form
 b. Merit lists of students eligible for admission will be available
on college website as per Schedule given by University of
Mumbai.
c. The eligible student has to visit College to complete the
admission process as per Schedule given by University of
Mumbai. (Be in touch with college website for the same)

4. For further information about teaching and other details a student

has to be in touch with college website regularly.
