Please provide details of the last time you worked as part of a successful team.

I had to work as a team was during my time as being as waitress for a wedding because they would
make you in section as everyone had a different role so working poorly would held up other people.
in this role I had serve and assist the customer. Because we had serve each table quick had to be
prepared and ready as if the food was delivered late it would cause the next table to be late have a
bad knock on effect. With good communication, being prepared and working as team allowed us to
be more effective
Please provide an example of when you have delivered excellent customer service

my example of my excellent customer service is my work in a Conner shop which I had to approach
many customers in this I said hi and asked them about their day. also when wait for the card
transactions to occur or during packing the bags I would make conversations. What I do that makes
me deliver excellent services is that ensure that the customer is at ease and fells like he getting the
best services

Tell us about a time when you followed complex written instructions.*

One time is in college when I had to write code as the teacher explained it and we was not allowed
to make notes or see it after so going threw it a had to listen attentively and make sure I don't forget
what the teacher said. The way I did this was breaking down what he saying chunks and understand
it and go threw each chunk in my head

Extra curricula activities

One activities are that I am learning the Arabic language and Islamic studies every evening on the
weekdays. The Arabic language is a difficult language to learn but I fell that it is a good language to
learn for me in the future as it has many benefits for me like be able to have conversations with
people read books that are in Arabic.

I also like to play football for an 1 hour every week as it allows me to keep fit and do exercise which I
believe is good for my body
