Engaging of Supply Manpower from M/s KK Fabricators

Dear Sir,

As per your instructions we have engaged the supply manpower from M/s KK
Fabricators for attending the following work.

Cutting and segregating of the useful steel from the old conveyor supporting
structure from Calcination area. We can utilize the useful steel for balance
structural works and pipe supports and also arrange to shift the scrap items to
scrap yard.

The manpower rate is Rs 40.00 per hour per man including Tools and Tackles.
Charges for consumables like Oxygen Gas, LPG and Welding electrodes will be
paid extra on actual consumption basis.

Approximate Man days required for this job will be around 500 (4000 Man Hours)
and cost will be Rs 1,60,000 + Actual consumable Costs.

The Estimated Total cost for this work may be around Rs 2,50, 000.00 (Rupees
Two Lakhs Fifty Thousands only).

Around 260 MT of steel is available in the conveyor scrap area and we can recover
at least 40% from this (around100 MT) and reuse.

So the effective cost per ton of steel recovery is around Rs 962.00 (Rupees Nine
Hundred and Sixty Two Only)
