Yarn: Any color you'd like

Make a magic ring. Chain 3 - Into the magic ring, make 3 tr, 4 dc, 1 tr, 4 dc, 3 tr. Ch 2, and finish with a ss
into the magic ring.

Pull the ring tight, and fasten off all ends.Make 8-10 pcs. depending on the size of your card. You can use
a single color or several.
 ASSEMBLING
Cut your desired number of strings and gather them with a tie. Glue it to the card and finally glue on the
hearts as balloons.
