Keep it Positive
Try to keep cheerful no matter how worried you are or how tense the talk is. Positive thinking
simply means approaching unpleasant situations in a more positive and productive manner.
You expect the best, not the worse, to happen. You must change your mindset to one of
optimism.

Know your Audience


Knowing who your audience is can assist you determine what material and messaging they
are interested in. Make sure you understand the culture of the people you're speaking to.
Offering your audience what they came to hear is the best approach to focus effectively and
gain their admiration.

Keep the Focus on them and Let them Talk


Because I am easily distracted while someone is talking or doing something, and I am
completely aware of this, I need to train and change this behavior to be a good listener .
