The faculty can update there details by changing the details in dashboard and submitting.

Appraisal Form

Step 1 : Faculty has to Select the year

Step 2 :
Fill the form and click on “Submit” and wait for 4s (it auto redirects to the next category)
Generate report :

Step 1 : Select Year and click on “Submit”

Step 2 : For printout click on “Print Here” on the same page
Step3 : Generated printout page.

Step 4 : Recommended Google Chrome for an better output. Remove the header and footer
in the setting if applied.

HOD Interface :
Dashboard
Add Staff :
Fill all the details and Submit the form.

Add year :
Enter the current year.

Note : Only after entering the year, All the faculty will have access for the appraisal form
for that particular year.
Edit Report:
Select the Name and Year.

Fill the allotted marks and submit

Extra notes :

• Principle account is same as HOD account.

• The passwords are encrypted and decrypted using md5
• All the values are stored in the database using IDs.
• Refreshing of page may result in conflict of database.
• Users are requested to logout.
• Passwords are case sensitive.
